Many of our rooms come equipped with wide-entry doors so that it’s not difficult to deposit and pick-up the equipment you’ve stored. We can even provide use of a pallet truck if your item is heavy and there are raised loading bays to aid access.

Is there a minimum rental period?
We rent space by the week although we offer significant discounts for longer-term commitments. For units of up to 200sqf there is a minimum initial term of 14 days, larger units have a minimum initial rental of 28 days.

How do I know what size of space I need to rent?
When you look to reserve a room you’ll see a handy guide showing what will typically fit into one of our stores. If you need more help we’re always available to talk it through with you, just call 0161 470 6999. If when you get here you actually need something smaller or larger just let us know and provided we have availability we’ll change your booking.

What happens if I need more space?
We want to support your business and we will always endeavour to accommodate a move to a larger space should it be required and one is available. There will be no penalty for cancelling your initial tenancy agreement provided you enter into a new contract for the larger space.
